Australian English sessions

Record natural conversational speech for research into more human-sounding AI systems. The paid contract is for experienced voice professionals based in Australia and takes place at a locally assigned professional studio.

There are two or three sessions of four hours each. The project is related to AI speech but does not clone your voice.

• Perform individual recordings and conversations with a second speaker.
• Deliver believable dialogue that sounds spontaneous and authentic.
• Adjust tone, pacing, and delivery across scenarios under light direction.
• Contribute recordings that help AI understand how people speak in everyday life.

Performer requirements

Professional voice acting or voice-over experience is required, along with native or near-native Australian English and a genuine accent. Participants must currently live in Australia and have working English for communication.

Comfort with natural conversation beyond scripted reading, reliability, professionalism, and openness to direction are essential.

Helpful background and scope

Acting, broadcasting, podcasting, commercial studio work, and familiarity with solo and dialogue recording formats are useful experience.

Competitive hourly compensation covers a short, clearly defined engagement with a professionally supported recording environment. Further sessions or projects may be available as new work begins.
