The work

Turn live transaction experience into realistic AI evaluation assignments. Build deal environments and work with agents to develop and review models and client materials, independently checking the quality of their outputs.

• Assemble company details, financial statements, diligence records and deal context into credible transaction environments.
• Design assignments spanning valuation, comparable company analysis, financial modeling and sell side advice.
• Create and assess CIMs, pitch books, valuation models and supporting files with agentic AI tools.
• Develop task instructions and objective evaluation standards grounded in actual deal workflows.

Experience and skills

• At least five years of investment banking, M&A or sell side advisory experience is required.
• Hands on preparation of valuation models, comparable analyses, CIMs, pitch books and client facing materials for live transactions.
• Substantive experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Claude Cowork or similar agentic tools; chatbot conversations alone are insufficient.
• Corporate carve out work is strongly preferred.
• Experience at a leading investment bank or M&A adviser and work in industrials are advantages.
• Review standard development, junior staff training, playbook writing and AI evaluation or benchmarking are helpful.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week is preferred.

Working arrangements

The remote contract favors US and Canadian candidates, while also considering the UK and Latin America. The stated rate is $60 to $120 per hour, paid per task.

Commit at least 10 hours weekly, with 20 or more preferred. Estimated timing is 15 hours to build an initial environment and about three hours per task afterward, including agent run time.

Selection involves screening questions, an AI interview, profile review and onboarding.
