Voice Talent - South African English

Contribute authentic South African English to AI research through a limited set of professional studio sessions. The paid contract covers two or three appointments of four hours each and does not involve voice cloning.

• Perform individual recordings and conversations with a second speaker.
• Deliver dialogue that sounds spontaneous, natural, and engaging.
• Adjust pace, tone, and delivery across scenarios in response to light guidance.
• Draw on performance experience to keep conversations believable and consistent.

Performer requirements

You should perform voice acting or voice-over professionally and have an authentic South African English accent. Native or near-native ability and current residence in South Africa are required.

Comfort with natural studio dialogue, reliable participation, and the ability to adapt quickly to direction are essential. Working English is needed for communication, while previous AI experience is unnecessary.

Helpful background and terms

Acting beyond voice work, broadcasting, podcast production, and commercial studio experience are useful. Familiarity with scripted and partly improvised dialogue is also welcome.

The engagement offers competitive hourly compensation and a clearly defined end point. Further invitations may become available as new speech projects begin.
