Racewalk - Shopping Experience Rating - France

Study and tasks

Evaluate the experience of using an online shopping website in a remote research study. Participation takes an estimated 5.5 hours and can be completed from home in France.

The assignment covers the entire shopping process, including buying goods and returning what you bought. Your recordings and detailed feedback will provide evidence of the experience at each stage.

• Complete the shopping activity on the website specified for the study, including the purchase and return.
• Capture every step and page with the recording tool as you move through the process.
• Describe your experience in detail so the study can collect both recorded activity and participant feedback.

Participant requirements

• Be between 25 and 50 years old and currently live in France.
• Speak French as your native language.
• Have reliable internet access and a computer that supports the Google Chrome browser.

Compensation and payment timing

Participation pays $130 USD. You may select PayPal, a gift card or a wire transfer, and the payment timetable starts after your submitted work is accepted.

• PayPal payments arrive within 10 to 15 business days of acceptance. Make sure you can accept the incoming payment so the funds are not returned.
• Wire transfers arrive within 14 to 17 business days of acceptance. Your bank may charge a fee for the transfer.
• Electronic gift cards are emailed within 7 to 10 business days of acceptance. Check both your inbox and spam folder for delivery.

Gift card redemption may include monetary options such as Venmo, PayPal or a bank transfer. The available choices are shown before redemption; check the associated charges because some cash payment options carry fees.

Submission review and registration

Quality reviewers check every submission against the study requirements. After those checks are complete, the project staff provide feedback on your submission.

Registration involves completing the study form. New participants receive guidance through a three step account setup, while existing participants sign in with their current account to register for the project.
