Finance task review

Assess AI financial models and explanations, as well as the instructions and scoring criteria used to evaluate them. The objective is to ensure that tasks test finance accurately and that model responses meet professional analytical standards.

• Review financial analysis for technical accuracy and sound methodology.
• Examine prompts and rubrics involving DCF, WACC, P&L analysis, valuation, and financial statement models.
• Check the application of financial frameworks, formulas, and professional terminology.
• Identify errors in assumptions, financial logic, calculations, and presentation.
• Explain precisely what is wrong and how it should be corrected.
• Judge the rigor of financial reasoning across both straightforward and demanding assignments.

Required background

Substantial hands-on finance experience is required, whether in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, FP&A, advisory, sovereign wealth, or a closely related field. You need a strong command of DCFs, WACC, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, balance sheet analysis, three-statement models, and LBO fundamentals.

You should quickly identify flaws in models and methodologies, then explain complex issues concisely in writing. Careful review, analytical discipline, and dependable independent work are essential; previous AI or technical experience is not required.

Additional qualifications

A CFA, CPA, ACCA, finance-focused MBA, or equivalent credential is helpful. Experience supervising or training junior analysts, teaching financial modeling, or designing finance curricula is valuable.

Familiarity with AI tools and content assessment is welcome. Exposure to several specialties, such as M&A, credit, private equity, treasury, and Islamic finance, can also support the range of assignments.

Working arrangement

The engagement is a fully remote hourly contract for 10 to 40 hours weekly. Tasks are completed independently and asynchronously, with scheduling flexibility and the possibility of continued work or contract extension as additional projects become available.
