Build accurate financial datasets

Review accounting records and organize financial information for AI training. The work combines careful source reading with consistent spreadsheet preparation and validation.

• Examine financial statements, ledgers, and related disclosures.
• Extract relevant information into standardized Excel templates.
• Validate calculations, formatting, and consistency within the resulting datasets.
• Identify errors in source material and flag items that need correction.
• Support recurring dataset creation and cleanup assignments.

Accounting and spreadsheet skills

Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is required, together with strong Excel skills and confidence working with structured data. A systematic approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time independently are important.

Prior AI experience is not required. Audit, financial planning and analysis, financial operations, statement analysis, reconciliation, or spreadsheet quality assurance experience would be helpful.

Working arrangement

The role is an hourly remote contract with flexible hours you can organize around your schedule. Accurate, consistent work supports the quality of AI training data, and there may be opportunities to extend the contract.
