Review trading operations

Assess the operational accuracy of trading content and datasets used in AI training. The work focuses on whether transaction steps follow market conventions and whether explanations of trading processes are logically consistent.

• Check trading workflows, operational content, and datasets for accuracy and internal consistency.
• Validate transaction sequences and individual process steps against established market practices.
• Turn market mechanics and trade flows into clear, structured summaries.
• Identify missing steps, process gaps, and inconsistent operational explanations.
• Evaluate AI responses against supplied rubrics and document findings independently.

Relevant experience

Experience in trading operations, brokerage operations, or a related financial operations role is required. A methodical approach and close attention to detail matter, along with the ability to follow rule based evaluation frameworks.

You should be comfortable explaining complex operational matters in writing and delivering reliable work without close supervision. Prior AI experience or a technical background is not required.

Helpful background

Familiarity with market structure, order management, execution, and the full trade lifecycle would be valuable. Compliance, risk operations, post trade processes, financial data review, or operational quality assurance are also relevant areas of experience.

Contract arrangement

This is a remote hourly contract with flexible, task based work. You will manage assignments independently, with the possibility of continued work or a contract extension.
