Team leadership and content quality

Lead business analysts and content specialists who create training material about finance, strategy, operations, and related subjects. The role combines people management with analytical judgment and close attention to delivery quality.

Assign work, manage workflows, and keep multiple projects on schedule.
Review output quality and improve team processes for more effective delivery.
Coach contributors, provide constructive performance feedback, and support professional development.
Act as the main stakeholder contact and provide regular, clear progress updates.
Guide case studies, business scenarios, and structured analysis across areas including finance, policy, and e-commerce.

Required experience

You need at least two years of team management and three to six years in business analysis, consulting, content production, or domain-focused projects. A record of leading analytical or content teams and a strong business or project background are essential.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is expected, with equivalent experience accepted in place of a degree. Strong research, problem solving, and the ability to examine complex issues from several perspectives are important.

You should give useful feedback and detailed annotations, communicate well in writing and conversation, and work effectively across functions in an asynchronous setting. Previous AI or machine learning work is not required.

Helpful background

Postgraduate qualifications in a business or quantitative subject are useful. Annotation, data quality assurance, evaluation systems, case study writing, academic content, research, and familiarity with AI or language model workflows are welcome.

Contract scope

The hourly contract is fully remote with flexible scheduling for 10 to 40 hours per week. Work offers exposure to AI training and evaluation, with possible continued assignments or contract extension as projects develop.
