Project overview

Record professional narrative speech for two text-to-speech projects. Male and female voice talent may be considered for English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, or Polish recording work, depending on the target locale.

Recording scope

Selected talent may complete three to six hours of scripted audio for each project through a dedicated recording system. The work requires a narrative delivery style, reliable consistency, and professional-quality sound.

• One project creates a text-to-speech voice capable of narrating audiobooks.
• That audiobook project includes a separate buyout fee and requires an assignment-of-rights agreement.
• The second project uses recordings to train and test existing text-to-speech models.
• The second project does not include voice cloning and therefore does not include a buyout fee.

Casting sample

• Submit a 30–60 second WAV sample for screening.
• Record the sample entirely in the target language.
• Use voice only, with no background music or sound effects.
• Deliver the sample in a narrative style.
• Casting samples are used only for screening and are not compensated.

Qualifications

• Professional voice-recording experience.
• Idiomatic fluency in the selected target language and good English comprehension.
• Age 18 or older.
• Access to a professional-quality home studio or a professional recording studio.
• A wired microphone and an environment suitable for clean audio capture.

Target locales include English for the United States and United Kingdom; Spanish for the United States and Spain; German for Germany; French for France; Italian for Italy; and Polish for Poland.

Compensation

Recording compensation is discussed with shortlisted talent and confirmed after selection. The total may include a recording fee and, for the audiobook-voice project, an additional buyout fee.
