Management and leadership review

Assess generated scenarios about organizations, teams, and managerial decisions. The work helps improve AI reasoning on leadership and organizational behavior.

• Check management situations for accuracy and logically sound conclusions.
• Evaluate reasoning about team dynamics, incentive systems, and organizational structure.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed arguments, and weak decision frameworks.
• Provide clear, organized feedback on how to improve the approach to managerial problems.
• Complete independent assignments in line with project milestones.

Required background

At least three years teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level is required. You need strong knowledge of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.

The role calls for critical evaluation of decisions and tradeoffs, careful review of written scenarios, and reliable remote work without close supervision.

Useful experience

An MBA or master's in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related subject is helpful. Practical leadership or operations experience and exposure to AI tools, content review, or annotation are also welcome.

Contract terms

The hourly contract is fully remote, flexible, and project-based. Work is asynchronous and includes international collaboration, with possible continued assignments or an extension.
