Clinical research language support

Manage translation and copy editing assignments for designated projects or client accounts in life sciences. Strong experience translating clinical research material is required so that the finished language is accurate and appropriate for its intended use.

Document scope

The work focuses on clinical trial protocols, patient information and informed consent materials, investigational medicinal product dossiers, study drug labels and patient recruitment content. These documents require careful language judgment within the context of clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freelance linguists and support timely, consistent production of the assigned language work.
• Maintain translation resources and resolve questions about terminology.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve how assignments move through the workflow.
• Work closely with quality specialists, program teams, talent colleagues and Simplified Chinese suppliers on detailed linguistic questions.
• Review the quality of completed translations and edited material so that client expectations and the document’s intended purpose are met.
