Description

Professional and technical AI benchmarks

Create and review realistic scenarios for an AI evaluation project grounded in Russian corporate, legal, financial and technology environments. The work spans consulting, technology, professional services and enterprise operations, where answers need to reflect specialized professional knowledge.

Cases should capture the practical analytical, operational, technical, financial, legal and project management problems encountered in those settings. You may work in Russian or English, with the focus on credible professional decisions in the Russian business context.

Deliverables

  • Write scenarios about financial audits, software delivery workflows, IT operations, legal documents, project execution, communications with stakeholders and compliance reviews.
  • Adapt evaluation criteria for analytical reasoning, technical problem solving, coordination of projects and decisions made in professional practice.
  • Assess responses written by AI and by people for factual accuracy, professional standards, technical quality and operational plausibility.
  • Contribute reference solutions representing established practice in Russian professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management and technology.

Experience and languages

Native level Russian and strong English for professional communication are necessary. You should have at least 5 years of professional experience in services, technology, law, accounting, auditing, consulting or project management.

Relevant roles include accounting and audit, IT or information systems management, legal practice, project management, software development, technology consulting, enterprise operations and digital transformation. Experience in human resources, payroll or employment compliance also fits the stated scope.

The work requires a sound understanding of service delivery processes, regulatory and compliance obligations, technical operations and methods of delivering projects. Familiarity with Russian business environments provides the context for deciding whether the cases and answers are realistic.

Independent contractor arrangement

Choose your working schedule without fixed daily hours, routine check ins or close supervision. Availability depends on project demand, so hours cannot be guaranteed and the work is intended to supplement other income rather than serve as a primary full time job.

Once you accept an assignment, you must provide dependable availability, complete it to the required quality standard and meet the deadline. Most tasks require at least 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week, so scheduling flexibility still needs to be compatible with the commitments you accept.

The engagement is as a 1099 contractor, without employee health insurance, paid leave or retirement contributions. You are responsible for your own taxes, and professional tax advice is recommended before participation.

Geographic limits may apply, including restrictions on engaging contractors in regions subject to international sanctions or embargoes. Rates are described as competitive and payments as prompt, although a specific fee is not stated.

Collaboration and onboarding

Work alongside an international network of language specialists and domain professionals on AI and language technology projects. Access to varied assignments across industries offers opportunities to broaden your portfolio, deepen your skills and build professional connections.

Provide an English CV that makes your relevant subject knowledge clear. The onboarding sequence then includes payment registration through Tipalti and completion of the production onboarding process.
