Record natural Spanish conversations

Contribute native level Colombian Spanish voice recordings that can go directly into production. Both your delivery and recording environment are assessed during the audition.

• Submit two 30 second audition samples using your home studio.
• Once approved, complete two scheduled sessions of about four hours each.
• Participate in natural conversation, prompted discussion, and scripted customer service scenarios.
• Record both sessions from your own studio setup.

Required recording environment

You need a separate, dedicated microphone and a room that is both quiet and acoustically dry. Speech should sound close and clear, without echo, room hum, traffic, appliances, or household noise.

Built in laptop or phone microphones, earbuds, headset microphones, and gaming headsets are not accepted. Acoustic treatment should support studio quality audio.

Equipment and format

Suitable dynamic microphones include Shure SM58, Shure MV7 or MV7+, and RODE PodMic models or similar equipment. Condenser options include RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti models, Bluebird, or Baby Bottle microphones in an appropriately treated room.

You must deliver uncompressed WAV files at 24 bit and 48 kHz. Software such as Audacity can produce this format, but you must be able to export it correctly.

Voice background

Native level Colombian Spanish and a natural, friendly customer service style are required. Professional recording experience is important; podcasting, streaming, recording, or voice acting are relevant backgrounds but not mandatory job titles.

Commitment and compensation

The total estimated recording commitment is eight hours across two scheduled sessions. Compensation is $35 per hour.
