Full-stack AI evaluation

Assess generated code across frontend and backend systems while building tools for AI data and quality workflows. Assignments draw on practical production engineering and system design judgment.

• Review frontend code in React or Vue and backend code in Node, Python, or C# for correctness, efficiency, and sound practices.
• Develop full-stack tooling for annotation and quality control.
• Evaluate complex architectures and explain improvements to scalability or performance.
• Identify subtle defects, overlooked inputs, and structural weaknesses in generated implementations.
• Record consistent evaluations in organized written formats.

Required background

The role calls for production full-stack experience in the three to five-plus year range. You need proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and Python, with Rust also desirable.

Strong knowledge of system design, scalable architecture, and performance tradeoffs is essential. A master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical subject from a reputable university is required, along with concise technical writing and reliable independent delivery.

Useful experience

Distributed systems, developer tools, and AI or ML workflows are relevant. Model assessment, annotation pipelines, open-source development, technical writing, and code review at scale are additional advantages.

Terms

This is a fully remote hourly contract with 10 to 40 hours per week. Work is independent and asynchronous with flexible scheduling, and further projects may support ongoing assignments or an extension.
