Evaluate food delivery conversations

Assess how well AI handles customer interactions about food delivery. This remote contract draws on experience in food delivery, hospitality, customer service, or a related field. Prior work in AI is not required.

Responsibilities

• Review generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
• Assess whether written and spoken language reflects realistic, effective customer service.
• Evaluate scenarios involving order inquiries, delivery status, and problem resolution.
• Flag incorrect, ambiguous, or inappropriate replies and explain how they could improve.
• Write example conversations that reflect authentic food delivery interactions.
• Work with project leads and technical teams to clarify requirements and refine the evaluation process.

Experience and working style

Relevant service experience, strong written and verbal communication, and close attention to detail are preferred. Experience reviewing communications or providing service feedback is useful, as is familiarity with delivery apps or AI tools.

You should be able to work independently, follow project guidelines, explain constructive criticism clearly, and adapt as priorities or assignments change.
