Demonstrate medical imaging in 3D Slicer

Complete practical imaging and segmentation assignments while describing the process in clear steps. This remote contract project uses specialist demonstrations to improve AI understanding of medical imaging.

Imaging tasks

• Examine and segment images in 3D Slicer using CT, MRI and other clinical imaging datasets.
• Build and adjust segmentation masks, three dimensional models and rendered volumes.
• Add image annotations, create visualizations and check output quality.
• Carry out advanced operations in 3D Slicer and explain how each stage is completed.
• Develop clear task instructions and detailed prompts for imaging workflows.

Preferred working capabilities

Relevant strengths include professional 3D Slicer practice, segmentation, annotation and image visualization. Familiarity with CT, MRI, DICOM and medical imaging processes, plus the ability to produce precise masks and 3D reconstructions, is preferred.

The preferred profile also includes access to 3D Slicer, the ability to record the screen during tasks, English proficiency of B2 or above, and clear explanations of technical procedures.

Additional preferred background

A master's degree or doctorate in medical imaging, biomedical engineering or a related subject is useful. Further relevant experience includes data annotation, RLHF or model evaluation, clinical or research work with medical imaging datasets, and image processing or 3D visualization.
