Racewalk - Shopping Experience Rating - Japan

Shopping research task

Provide detailed feedback about an online shopping experience through a fully remote study. Participation is expected to take approximately 5.5 hours, with compensation of $143 USD.

• Complete the shopping process on the assigned website, including buying goods and returning them.
• Capture every stage and page with a recording tool.
• Explain your experience in detailed feedback for the research team.

The project collects information about how people experience the shopping website. Its quality assurance team checks all submissions against the study requirements, and you receive feedback when that review is complete.

Participation requirements

You must be between 25 and 50 years old, live in Japan and speak Japanese natively. You also need a computer that can run Google Chrome and a dependable internet connection.

The study can be completed from home. The supplied privacy terms state that participant data remains confidential and is not used for advertising or distribution.

Compensation and payment options

Choose PayPal, an electronic gift card or a wire transfer for the $143 payment. The payment windows below begin after your delivery has been accepted.

• PayPal payment is expected within 10 to 15 business days. Ensure your account can accept the incoming payment so it is not returned.
• Wire transfer payment is expected within 20 to 30 business days. Your bank may charge transfer fees.
• An electronic gift card is emailed within 7 to 10 business days. Check both your inbox and spam folder for delivery.

The gift card catalogue provides the available redemption choices. Monetary redemption methods, including options such as Venmo, PayPal and bank transfer, may carry fees; the full available list is shown before redemption, and any charges should be reviewed before choosing a reward.

Registration and submission review

Registration includes a form for people who meet the participant requirements. New participants receive guidance through a three-step account setup, while those already registered can sign in to continue.

The study's stated payment timelines depend on acceptance of the submitted work. The research team provides feedback after checking whether the recording and detailed account of the shopping experience meet project requirements.
