Frontend code evaluation

Assess AI-generated JavaScript and improve solutions to interactive interface problems. The work focuses on whether generated code is correct, efficient, and consistent with modern ES6+ practices.

• Review DOM operations for performance issues and poor design choices.
• Solve demanding UI and UX problems that test responsive, interactive frontend behavior.
• Identify defects and inefficient patterns, then provide improved implementations.
• Explain state changes, event handling, and code organization in readable documentation.
• Complete evaluation assignments independently and asynchronously.

Required skills

You need deep practical knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, including closures, async/await, the event loop, and DOM manipulation. Three to five years of hands-on experience with technologies such as React, Vue, or Node.js is expected.

Good judgment about clean, maintainable frontend code, systematic review, and clear written technical explanations are essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.

Helpful experience

Data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training and evaluation work is useful but not required. Testing frameworks, code review processes, frontend profiling, technical writing, and documentation experience are also welcome.

Engagement

This fully remote hourly contract offers 10 to 40 hours of work each week with flexible scheduling. Training and onboarding support are provided, and new projects may offer continued work or an extension.
