Recording assignment

Help researchers improve AI understanding of natural speech through conversational UK English recordings. This paid contract takes place at a professionally equipped studio assigned locally within the United Kingdom.

The commitment is two or three sessions, each lasting four hours. Recordings are used only to improve speech comprehension; voice cloning is excluded.

• Record both solo speech and conversations with a second speaker.
• Make dialogue sound natural and spontaneous rather than like a scripted read-through.
• Adapt vocal pace, tone, and delivery when given light direction.
• Maintain consistent performance, energy, and professional conduct throughout each session.

Experience

Participants need professional voice acting or voice-over experience and native or near-native UK English with an authentic accent. You must currently live in the UK and have working-level English for studio communication and collaboration.

Confidence performing natural dialogue, dependable attendance, and openness to creative guidance are required. Acting, broadcasting, podcasting, or professional studio experience is useful, along with character or dialogue recording work.

Contract scope

Competitive contract compensation covers a short, defined engagement with AI research teams. Sessions come with clear direction and do not require complex technical preparation from performers.

Further sessions or participation in later projects may become available as new work opens.
