Speech research sessions

Record natural Spanish from Spain in a professional studio for an AI speech research project. The contract offers competitive hourly compensation and requires two or three in-person sessions of four hours each.

This work collects speech recordings and does not involve cloning your voice. An authentic Castilian accent and the way people converse naturally are central to the project.

• Perform both individual recordings and conversations with a second speaker.
• Deliver dialogue that sounds spontaneous and human rather than mechanically scripted.
• Follow light direction on vocal tone, timing, and delivery.
• Maintain authentic Castilian pronunciation throughout the session.

Performer profile

You should be a professional voice actor or voice-over artist with established recording experience. Native or near-native Spanish from Spain and a genuine Castilian accent are required, alongside confidence performing conversation beyond scripted readings.

Participants must currently be based in Spain and have working English for coordination. Reliability, professionalism, and comfort receiving studio direction are essential.

An acting background, broadcast or podcast experience, or commercial studio work is useful. Improvisation and naturalistic performance experience are also welcome.

Contract scope

The engagement is limited to a few structured sessions with AI researchers studying human speech. It provides a focused way to contribute to systems that communicate with Spanish speakers, with the possibility of further recording projects as new initiatives begin.
