Help validate AI generated guidance about benefits by drawing on experience in plan design, payer or claims operations, and benefits regulation or compliance. This is a nonclinical review assignment; a background centered on direct clinical care alone is unlikely to fit.

What you will review

• Check evaluation rubrics for factual accuracy and practical relevance.
• Assess benefits navigation scenarios that inform a synthetic dataset.
• Identify advice that is incorrect, implausible, unclear, or potentially harmful.
• Recommend changes grounded in actual benefits administration experience.

Required background

Substantial experience in benefits administration, navigation, or healthcare coverage is essential. You also need a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, or both, plus familiarity with common customer questions, service processes, and escalation routes.

Be able to distinguish general educational guidance from issues requiring a licensed professional, legal or clinical advice, or a referral specific to a benefit plan.

Helpful experience and terms

Preferred backgrounds include employer sponsored group benefits, health and welfare administration, advocacy, and benefits customer service. Experience in quality assurance, rubric design, content validation, or review of synthetic and AI customer service material is also valuable.

Work is remote and paid at $70 per hour. The selection process includes a short interview focused on benefits expertise.
