Transcribe professionally recorded Dutch and English audio into accurate text for AI training. Preserve linguistic nuance, review your work carefully and provide useful quality feedback. Previous AI experience is not required.

• Convert audio into written text with accurate grammar, punctuation and contextual meaning.
• Proofread and revise transcripts for consistency with project requirements.
• Clarify ambiguous passages with stakeholders and agree on transcription conventions.
• Annotate specific linguistic features when assignments call for them.
• Follow instructions that preserve dialect, subtle language differences and speaker intent.
• Recommend improvements to transcript quality and workflow.
• Protect the confidentiality and security of project recordings and deliverables.

Preferred experience and skills

• Preferred candidates have native level Dutch and an excellent command of grammar and usage.
• Professional audio transcription experience, ideally including Dutch recordings.
• English transcription familiarity is an advantage.
• Close attention to subtle contextual and linguistic cues.
• Careful written and spoken communication during review and collaboration.
• AI training, natural language processing or annotation experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work independently from home and meet quality requirements and deadlines.

Working arrangements

The opportunity is a remote contractor engagement involving recordings in both Dutch and English.
