직무 설명
Energy research contribution
Create expert training data and assess AI responses using practical knowledge of reservoir engineering, subsurface analysis and production. Provide feedback on subsurface and reservoir workflows.
This is ongoing, hourly contract work organised around individual projects rather than a traditional job. It is designed to fit alongside other commitments, and previous AI experience is not required.
What the work involves
- Create training material grounded in professional energy experience and the tools used in everyday practice.
- Judge whether AI generated responses are accurate and relevant to subsurface and reservoir workflows.
- Explain findings clearly in writing, paying close attention to detail.
Relevant experience and tools
At least 2 years of professional experience in reservoir engineering, subsurface analysis, or production operations is required. Relevant roles include:
- Work as a reservoir Engineer or Petrophysicist.
- Work as a production Engineer or Reserves Analyst.
- Equivalent positions elsewhere in the energy industry.
Practical experience with at least one of Petrel, ARIES, Techlog, Avocet or AVEVA PI is needed. Work independently and communicate effectively with AI researchers collaborating asynchronously.
Rate, hours and matching
Compensation is up to $85 per hour, depending on the project. The work is fully remote and part time, with a flexible asynchronous schedule and no minimum hours; active contributors typically spend about 5 to 20 hours per week.
Assignments depend on current project requirements. Candidates may also be considered for future projects as they become available.
Getting started
Create an account, complete identity verification and onboard into a relevant project before beginning paid work.
