Assess population health intelligence

Evaluate how AI interprets community health trends, disparities and outcomes. The role combines health data analysis with structured feedback on the accuracy and usefulness of generated insights.

Evaluation responsibilities

• Check population health metrics and analyses for relevance, correctness and completeness.
• Identify trends, disparities and gaps in the interpretation of community data.
• Review generated dashboards, data pipelines and reporting frameworks.
• Translate complex health data issues into clear annotations and evaluations.
• Assess whether suggested public health strategies reflect established evidence.
• Flag inconsistencies or missing information in surveillance and decision support outputs.

Required experience

Experience with healthcare, public health or other population level datasets is required. You should be skilled in analysis and visualization, including dashboards and reporting tools.

The role calls for clear communication with different stakeholders, independent working habits and attention to detail. Familiarity with epidemiology, health equity or social determinants of health is relevant.

Preferred background

Annotation, data quality assessment or AI evaluation experience is helpful. Public health informatics, epidemiology, biostatistics or health services research backgrounds are also useful.

Additional advantages include Tableau, Power BI, SAS, R or Python, and work with EHR records, claims or national health surveys.

Terms

This is a remote hourly contract for ten to 40 hours weekly. Work is asynchronous and flexible, with possible ongoing assignments or a contract extension.
