Examples of project work

• Create a vignette grounded in clinical practice, including presentation, laboratory results and imaging, with an attending level reference answer for grading model output.
• Assess diagnostic reasoning, including differential ordering, anchoring and whether a proposed workup follows clinical guidance.
• Identify recommendations that may be defensible in general but inappropriate for a particular patient because of comorbidities, contraindications or access limitations.

Clinical background

• An M.D. or D.O., board certification and a current, active, unrestricted license are listed requirements.
• Current or sufficiently recent practice to explain the clinical reasoning behind decisions.
• Clear written explanations, since much of the work involves documenting judgment.
• Comfort with ambiguous assignments and a willingness to flag unclear directions.

Final year residents and fellows are also welcome. Current clinical judgment matters more than the institution where training took place.

When a project requires your specialty, matching members receive an invitation to its specific listing. That invitation supplies the rate, hours and client details, and hiring decisions are made at that project stage.

What to expect

There is no acceptance or rejection decision on this standing listing. A matching invitation may arrive within a week or only after several months, depending on project needs.

Completing the domain interview and participating in each network for which you qualify can improve matching chances. One registration provides eligibility across those networks.
