Procurement Clerks

Overview

This is an hourly, temporary AI research project for experienced procurement clerks, and there's no AI experience needed. You'll use your professional background to evaluate what AI models produce in your field, assess content related to your area of work, and deliver clear, structured feedback that strengthens the model's understanding of your workplace tasks and language. The program runs year-round, with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of expertise. It's an ongoing, project-based opportunity you can take on alongside your primary employment.

• The position is remote and asynchronous, so you work independently from wherever you are.
• Hours are flexible with no minimum commitment, though most contributors average 5-20 hours per week.
• The work involves developing prompts for AI models that reflect your field, then evaluating the responses.
• You'll learn new skills and contribute to how AI is used in your field.

Qualifications

You have at least 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following types of work. The examples below reflect the kinds of real-world responsibilities you might have held in your role, which give you the context needed to evaluate and train high-quality AI models:

• Manage procurement processes by tracking requisitions, contracts, and orders, and preparing purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and governmental purchasing rules, and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Evaluate supplier bids and performance, and resolve delivery issues to optimize inventory management and cost efficiency. You're also comfortable participating in asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs.

Pay and Schedule

Compensation runs up to $75/hr, depending on the project. The schedule is flexible and asynchronous with no minimum hour requirement, and the role is fully remote.
