Management Consulting Expert

Role details

• the client team is partnering with leading AI labs to engage experienced management consultants to improve AI systems' reasoning around business strategy, organizational design, and executive decision-making.
• Contributors will apply their expertise in areas such as corporate strategy, operations improvement, due diligence, org transformation, and growth planning to evaluate and enhance AI performance on consulting-specific tasks.

Day-to-day

• Examine and assess AI-generated outputs related to strategic frameworks, market sizing, competitive analysis, operational diagnostics, and executive recommendations.
• Create realistic scenarios based on consulting workflows — case interviews, client workshops, hypothesis-driven analyses, workstream planning, and steering committee presentations.
• Annotate, label, and validate data across management consulting use cases (e.g., market entry, cost transformation, post-merger integration, org redesign).
• Deliver structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as strategy frameworks (Porter's, MECE structuring, issue trees), financial analysis, and executive communication standards.
• Work asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for business strategy AI.

You bring

• 3+ years of professional experience at a management consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 advisory, Tier 2, or boutique strategy firm).
• Background in one or more areas such as.
• Corporate strategy and growth advisory.
• Operations and supply chain consulting.
• Organizational design and change management.
• M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Public sector and social impact consulting.
• MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to translate consulting workflows into evaluation tasks.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.
