Day-to-day

• Carry out in-depth legal research, case analysis, and statutory interpretation to support AI training content.
• Draft, review, and edit contracts, legal briefs, opinions, and other legal documents with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Analyze regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deliver comprehensive litigation support and case analysis for advisory and contentious matters.
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, structured explanations for AI system training.
• Work with legal and technical experts to improve processes and outputs.
• Prepare detailed reports and deliver insights for internal stakeholders and project teams.

You bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, with a strong focus on legal research and case analysis.
• Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and briefs.
• Able to analyze complex regulations and ensure strict compliance requirements are met.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proficiency in independent work and critical thinking in a remote setting.
• Experience in report writing, document review, and negotiation.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and SEO-oriented content structuring.

Bonus

• Experience supporting litigation or legal advisory projects, especially in multi-jurisdictional matters.
