Summary

You will craft and refine high-impact visual assets for digital and print platforms while playing a pivotal role in training AI systems to better understand core design principles.

Day-to-day

• Design and develop creative visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, websites, and mobile interfaces.
• Refine and optimize graphics for both print and digital media, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional experts to interpret strategic goals into compelling design solutions.
• Provide design-focused feedback and guidance to help train AI models in visual hierarchy, typography, and brand consistency.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to uphold a unified brand identity.
• Stay current on design trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continually elevate projects.
• Communicate clearly and proactively, both in writing and verbally, to share concepts and receive feedback.

You bring

• Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
• Extensive experience designing across digital and print platforms.
• Deep understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and brand guidelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
