Wholesale Order Clerks - AI Trainer (Contract)

Overview

This is an hourly, temporary AI research project for experienced wholesale order clerks, and there's no AI experience needed. You'll use your professional background to evaluate what AI models produce in your field, assess content tied to your day-to-day work, and deliver clear, structured feedback that strengthens the model's understanding of your workplace tasks and language. The program runs year-round, with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of expertise.

• The position is remote and asynchronous, so you work independently from wherever you are.
• Hours are flexible with no minimum commitment, though most contributors average 5-20 hours per week.
• The work involves developing prompts for AI models that reflect your field, then evaluating the responses.

Qualifications

You have at least 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following types of work. The examples below reflect the kinds of real-world responsibilities you might have held in your role, which give you the context needed to evaluate and train high-quality AI models:

• Process and verify customer orders by obtaining and entering the necessary information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with various departments to manage inventory, expedite shipments, and address customer inquiries or complaints.
• Prepare and file documentation, compute charges, and recommend additional products or services to improve customer satisfaction. You're also comfortable participating in asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs.

Pay and Schedule

Compensation runs up to $75/hr, depending on the project. The schedule stays flexible and asynchronous with no minimum hour requirement, and the role is fully remote.
