• Standort: Remote
• Verpflichtung: 10-40 Stunden/Woche

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code across the full stack
• from frontend interfaces (React, Vue) to backend logic (Node.js, Python, C)
• Identify bugs, architectural weaknesses, and performance bottlenecks in AI-produced code and designs
• Design and build full-stack tooling to support AI data annotation and quality control workflows
• Review complex system architectures and provide expert feedback on scalability, reliability, and efficiency
• Write clear, structured technical feedback that helps improve AI model outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional full-stack development experience shipping production-grade code
• Strong proficiency across JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Rust
• Comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers without hand-holding
• Sharp eye for code quality, system design, and engineering best practices
• Excellent written communicator
• you can explain complex technical decisions clearly and precisely
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field from a reputable institution

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or high-scale infrastructure
• Background in developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model evaluation, or data annotation pipelines
• Prior experience in code review, technical writing, or engineering mentorship
