Day-to-day

• Review and analyze financial PDF packages, identifying distinct document types within multi-document files
• Apply precise annotations and segmentations, accurately labeling each document section by type and recording corresponding page ranges
• Extract, validate, and record key fields based on project-defined schemas and instructions
• Ensure rigorous PII tokenization and data privacy across all annotated documents
• Validate consistency, completeness, and accuracy throughout the entire document package
• Interpret and follow detailed annotation guidelines, escalating edge cases when clarity is needed
• Maintain exceptional quality assurance with an unwavering attention to detail across diverse document types and formats

You bring

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when working with structured documents
• Solid financial literacy, with familiarity in personal finance, mortgage, or related financial documents
• Proficiency in PDF management, document annotation tools, and handling multi-section files
• Exceptional reading comprehension and written English communication skills
• Ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines, maintaining consistency across tasks
• Experience in administrative, financial operations, or document review environments is highly valued
• Commitment to data privacy, accuracy, and remote work discipline
