Office Operations & Logistics Manager

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (Onsite as Needed) in San Francisco

We're looking for a highly execution-focused Office Operations & Logistics Manager to run the physical layer of our workplace. This role sits at the intersection of facilities, IT, and vendor systems-ensuring our environments are reliable, secure, and optimized for high-performance teams

Day-to-day

  • Own office infrastructure: Oversee facilities, logistics, and vendor ecosystems to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations
  • Operate the physical + IT stack: Coordinate setup and maintenance of onsite networks, hardware, and AV systems
  • Vendor systems management: Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance), holding them to high performance standards
  • Security & access control: Oversee badge systems, access protocols, and onsite security workflows for staff and visitors
  • Enable hybrid collaboration: Make sure conference rooms and AV systems support seamless in-person and remote interactions
  • Logistics & supply chain: Handle deliveries, mail, and inventory systems with proactive planning and minimal friction
  • Operational resilience: Help incident response and emergency preparedness to maintain business continuity
