This role is for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) and make an impact by delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish along with a passion for supporting and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Day-to-day
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Deliver accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Document all interactions and transactions in accordance with company standards
- Work with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores
- Adapt to changing procedures and policies in a night shift, on-site environment
You bring
- Proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects), or hold a 2-Year Associate Degree/Vocational Course
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in a customer support or customer service role
- At least B2 certification (or equivalent) in Spanish language proficiency
- Philippine citizen or holder of a valid Work Visa or Permit
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable to night shift schedules and committed to on-site work in Taguig or Quezon City
