Day-to-day

• Produce food products at the team using industrial equipment, automated ovens, and digital scales
• Utilize cloud-based production logs to track output, waste, and batch accuracy in real time
• Apply food safety and HACCP standards consistently throughout all production processes
• Operate food labeling and pricing software to generate accurate and compliant product labels
• Maintain rigorous cleanliness and organizational standards within the production environment
• Collaboratively communicate with remote team members to solve issues and maintain workflow consistency
• Monitor waste levels and contribute to cost optimization efforts through precise tracking and reporting

You bring

• Demonstrated craftsmanship and attention to detail in a high-volume culinary production setting
• Expertise in food safety standards and HACCP protocols for large-the team operations
• Proficiency with digital scales, automated ovens, and industrial food manufacturing equipment
• Hands-on experience with food labeling and pricing software systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration
• Consistency in output and commitment to maintaining quality benchmarks
• Strong awareness of waste, cost management, punctuality, and adherence to cleanliness standards
