Private Equity Modeling & Diligence Specialist

Where your expertise will drive investment analysis, deal diligence, and portfolio evaluation. You will play a pivotal role in building robust LBO and valuation models and providing high-impact insights that inform key investment decisions

Day-to-day

• Create and enhance LBO models, operating projections, and return analyses to assess a wide range of investment opportunities
• Carry out detailed valuation work using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methodologies tailored to private equity contexts
• Review and interpret company financial statements, KPIs, and market trends to support rigorous investment decision-making
• Perform deep-dive financial diligence to analyze business quality, identify value creation levers, and assess growth potential
• Stress-test investment assumptions and model multiple outcome scenarios, highlighting risks and return drivers
• Assess transaction risks, capital structure alternatives, and deal economics with a focus on robust financial judgment
• Craft clear, concise written analyses and present findings, risks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders

You bring

• 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or similar financial analysis roles
• Demonstrated expertise in LBO modeling, valuation, and financial due diligence
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and synthesize data into actionable investment insights
• Exceptional analytical skills and a keen attention to detail in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
