This flexible, part-time remote position is ideal for language professionals who are detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to contribute to AI-driven language projects from anywhere in the world. Key Responsibilities Annotate and label Vietnamese language data with high accuracy and consistency. Review, edit, and validate annotated datasets to ensure quality standards are met. Provide linguistic and cultural insights to support accurate data interpretation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify project requirements and resolve language-related issues. Identify linguistic nuances, ambiguities, and potential challenges within Vietnamese data. Maintain up-to-date documentation of annotation guidelines and best practices. Communicate findings, feedback, and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats. Participate in remote meetings to share expertise and support ongoing language-related discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic usage. Professional-level English proficiency for communication and documentation. Experience in data annotation, linguistic quality assurance, translation, transcription, or related language roles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for annotation and remote collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working on AI training, NLP, or language model–related projects. Educational background in linguistics, translation, language studies, or a related field. Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced and evolving project environments.
