Day-to-day

• Develop, test, and optimize AI models and intelligent agents for diverse applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions
• Contribute to training datasets, algorithm selection, and model evaluation
• Apply advanced programming skills in Python, PHP, GoLang, JAVA, .NET, C++, OR C# to build robust, scalable AI systems
• Document technical processes and communicate findings through clear written and verbal reports
• Continuously monitor AI agent performance to ensure reliability and accuracy
• Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and recommend innovative approaches for the customer's projects

You bring

• +3 years in at least one of the following languages: Python, PHP, GoLang, JAVA, .NET, C++, or C#
• Strong experience with developing and deploying AI or machine learning models
• Proven ability to write clear documentation and effectively communicate complex concepts, both in writing and verbally
• Demonstrated success in training AI systems using real-world datasets
• Ability to collaborate remotely and work independently in a distributed team environment
• Solid grounding in computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
• Attention to detail and a passion for building high-impact AI solutions

• Background in AI agent development or reinforcement learning frameworks
