Day-to-day

• Provide individualized academic, personal, and career counseling to clients, helping them identify strengths and pathways for achievement
• Develop and implement personalized guidance plans to support students and professionals in meeting their educational and career objectives
• Conduct assessments to determine client interests, aptitudes, and goals, and offer actionable advice for decision-making
• Create engaging workshops and digital resources on topics such as goal setting, career exploration, and personal development
• Maintain accurate documentation of counseling sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with industry standards and confidentiality

You bring

• Collaborate with educators, employers, and stakeholders to stay informed of evolving opportunities and resources for clients
• Continuously evaluate and improve counseling strategies based on feedback and measurable outcomes
• Minimum 4 years of experience in educational, guidance, or career counseling with a proven record of success
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport remotely
• Strong counseling skills, including active listening, empathy, and solution-focused problem-solving
• Proficiency in using digital counseling tools, documentation platforms, and virtual communication technologies
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs in a dynamic remote environment
