NOTICE: For Privacy Policy please review here Job Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a multi-layered talent organization including Team Leads and Talent Operations Partner(s) — in a high-output, production-driven environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this role owns the full scope of recruitment delivery and talent operations for our India hub, with accountability for team performance, process excellence, and strategic workforce outcomes at scale. This is a leadership role that requires managing managers, not just individual contributors. You will develop your Team Leads as leaders, build operational rigor across sub-teams, and drive a culture where disciplined execution and genuine investment in people reinforce each other. The near-term roadmap includes expanding oversight to additional global delivery teams, making this a role with significant growth trajectory for the right leader. The ideal candidate brings a mentoring mindset and a belief that people are the foundation of sustainable success. Approachable, growth-oriented, and skilled at fostering collaborative, team-first culture while maintaining a clear focus on productivity and results. This role requires working effectively across global stakeholders, partnering with leaders in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and People Success, while navigating organizational dynamics with maturity and focus.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable for a talented organization of 11, including two Team Leads and a Talent Operations Partner, ensuring high performance across multiple sub-teams.
  • Coach and develop Team Leads as people leaders — building their ability to manage, motivate, and grow their own teams independently.
  • Own operational decisions for recruitment delivery and talent operations, driving a process-based, production-focused model with a strong emphasis on output, efficiency, and quality.
  • Shape and execute the India talent strategy in partnership with the Head of Talent, translating functional direction into clear execution plans, priorities, and 12+ month roadmaps for the team.

- Establish, monitor, and optimize recruitment workflows across sub-teams, ensuring consistent execution and measurable results at scale.

  • Manage capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation across the organization — balancing workload, utilization, and team health.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that balances a culture of production with genuine belief that people are the key drivers of success.
  • Partner with leaders across Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and People Success to support location-based collaboration, staffing needs, and cultural initiatives.
  • Provide direction and influence on senior stakeholders, presenting recruitment performance, workforce insights, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Evaluate talent accurately across levels, providing constructive feedback, performance management, and development guidance for both individual contributors and people leaders.
  • Navigate organizational dynamics with maturity — understanding politics without becoming entangled in them — and maintaining focus on delivery and outcomes.

- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps across the organization and implement practical, data-informed solutions.

  • Build the operational model and leadership bench that positions the team for expansion to additional global delivery teams. Additional Job Details: EQUIREMENTS - 10+ years of experience in high-scale recruitment, workforce operations, or delivery-driven environments, with at least 3 years managing managers or multi-layered teams.

- Demonstrated experience leading organizations of 10+ people across multiple functions or sub-teams, with accountability for both people's leadership and operational outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of operational performance management, including capacity planning, forecasting, productivity tracking, and budget oversight.
  • Proven ability to develop people leaders — coaching Team Leads or supervisors to grow their own leadership capability.
  • Track record of building and sustaining engaged, resilient teams through trust, clarity, and development-focused leadership.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure, balance speed, quality, and people impact across multiple competing priorities.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders at different seniority
