Day-to-day

• Perform oil and tire services, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards
• Conduct comprehensive digital vehicle inspections using tablets, recording all findings in digital service logs
• Utilize OBD-II diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electronic issues efficiently
• Maintain and update digital shop management platforms with accurate service records
• Communicate required repairs and maintenance recommendations clearly to customers, ensuring understanding and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the customer's team to uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency standards
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics technology

You bring

• Valid Mechanical Certification and current ASE credentials
• Hands-on experience with OBD-II diagnostic systems and digital shop management software
• Proficiency in documenting and maintaining digital service logs
• Strong technical verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and teammate interactions
• Demonstrated ability to perform oil changes, tire services, and routine vehicle maintenance independently
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate and thorough service inspections
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in shop operations
