Day-to-day

• Collaborate with AI development teams to train and refine talent acquisition models, ensuring high-quality and relevant outputs
• Translate real-world recruitment workflows and best practices into actionable datasets and training scenarios for AI systems
• Assess, analyze, and validate AI model performance, providing continuous feedback for algorithm improvement
• Document and communicate findings, model updates, and project milestones with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply project management methodologies to oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for AI training projects
• Ensure all AI training content reflects current trends, compliance
• Without directly executing recruitment activities

You bring

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related fields
• Demonstrated project management expertise in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration, particularly bridging technical and business domains
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, selection methodologies, and talent technology solutions
