Day-to-day

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat channels, ensuring high satisfaction
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and effective solutions
  • Document customer interactions meticulously within our CRM and follow up where necessary
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex or escalated issues
  • Maintain a positive, brand-aligned tone in all communications to uphold our company's image
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and contribute ideas for process improvements
  • Stay informed about product updates, policies, and best practices to provide up-to-date assistance

You bring

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to tone and clarity
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and active listening in customer interactions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various chat and support platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and disciplined in a remote work environment
  • Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or similar roles preferred

Bonus

  • Experience working with popular CRM or chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat)
  • Background in remote or distributed teams is a plus
  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued
