  • Contribute to creating data sets and training materials that reflect authentic guest interactions and operational workflows

Day-to-day

  • Use your experience in accommodating guests by registering, assigning rooms, and issuing keys or cards
  • Transmit and receive guest messages, ensuring timely and accurate communication across multiple platforms
  • Maintain meticulous records of room occupancy, guest accounts, and reservation details using digital tools
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out process, including presenting statements and collecting

You bring

  • Proven background in hotel, motel, or resort front desk operations and guest services
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in using front desk systems, booking platforms, and administrative software
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic approach, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Analytical mindset and administrative accuracy, with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement
