Day-to-day

Edit, mix, and master Marathi audio content to meet industry-leading standards for clarity and quality
Work closely with clients, translators, and voice artists to deliver seamless audio experiences
Manage audio workflows from pre-production planning through post-production delivery
Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure language accuracy, audio consistency, and artistic integrity
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement creative solutions within tight deadlines
Organize and maintain complex digital audio files and project documentation efficiently
Stay updated on the latest trends, software, and hardware advancements in professional audio engineering

You bring

Native or near-native fluency in Marathi, with robust understanding of pronunciation, dialectal nuance, and linguistic subtleties
Demonstrated experience in professional audio engineering, preferably with Marathi-language content
Strong attention to detail and a sharp ear for audio quality and linguistic accuracy
Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with multicultural teams
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
