Join our customer’s team as an accomplished Management Analyst, where you will leverage your expertise in business analysis and strategic planning to enhance operational performance.
In this role, you will contribute to an AI training project, driving impactful improvements and supporting data-driven business decisions in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Carry out comprehensive business and market analyses to inform strategy and decision-making for the AI training project.
Identify, design, and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support key stakeholders.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and align recommendations with organizational goals.
Utilize data analysis techniques to solve complex business problems and uncover actionable insights.
Support strategic planning initiatives by providing detailed market assessments and competitive analysis.
Create clear and concise documentation and present findings to diverse audiences in both written and verbal formats.

Minimum of 5 years’ background in management analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and operations optimization methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and market analysis techniques.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership.
Track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering actionable recommendations.

Experience with AI training projects or technology-driven transformation initiatives.
Advanced certifications in business analysis, process improvement, or data analytics.
