Sales Domain Expert

detail-oriented and commercially driven Sales specialist with hands-on experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, Linkedin sales navigator and/or Outreach to support the development, training, and optimization of AI models focused on sales workflows Key

Day-to-day

  • Train and fine-tune LLMs for sales use cases such as lead generation, email outreach, objection handling, and CRM updates.
  • Create, review, and annotate sales-related datasets including emails, call transcripts, and prospecting workflows.
  • Design and optimize prompts for sales scenarios (cold outreach, follow-ups, discovery calls, etc.).
  • Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot data to inform AI training, ensuring outputs align with real pipeline stages and CRM structures. or use Outreach to model and improve sequencing strategies for AI-generated communication.or utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator insights to enhance prospecting logic and personalization in LLM outputs.

You bring

  • Proven experience in sales, sales operations, business development, or sales enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B/B2C sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, nurturing, and closing.
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially in crafting sales messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve AI outputs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured annotation guidelines.

Pay

  • Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 30 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
