Day-to-day

• Oversee daily agricultural operations, including crop cultivation, livestock management, and equipment maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve yield, efficiency, and sustainability
• Monitor market trends and adjust production plans to maximize profitability
• Maintain comprehensive records related to production, inventory, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support business objectives
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to coordinate activities and report progress

You bring

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a farmer, rancher, or agricultural manager (this is the #1 criterion)
• Strong knowledge of modern farming methods, resource management, and regulatory
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and agricultural projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with farm management software and remote collaboration tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to sustainable and innovative agricultural practices
