Day-to-day

• Design, plan, and deliver high-quality instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards in core subjects
• Create a supportive, inclusive virtual classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth
• Assess students' progress using formative and summative evaluation techniques, and provide constructive feedback
• Integrate technology meaningfully into lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
• Communicate proactively with students, parents, and colleagues through clear written and verbal interactions
• Foster social and emotional development alongside academic achievement
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in remote and elementary education

You bring

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Minimum 4 years of recent, relevant experience teaching elementary-level students (except special education)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to clarity and empathy
• Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young learners in a virtual setting
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and classroom management abilities
• Experience adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Proficiency with remote learning tools and educational technology platforms
