Day-to-day
- Execute menu preparation with precision, following established culinary standards and recipes
- Manage order timing and workflow using Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) and POS platforms, ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy
- Monitor food temperatures and safety metrics, logging data diligently in digital safety applications to exceed regulatory
You bring
- Oversee digital inventory logs, place vendor orders through web portals, and maintain optimal stock levels
- Lead line cooks, foster teamwork, and uphold high communication standards in both written and verbal formats
- Control food costs through strategic purchasing, portioning, and waste management practices
- Provide calm, solution-oriented leadership during high-volume service periods while maintaining a safe and clean virtual kitchen environment
- Valid Food Handler's Certification
- Proficiency with KDS/POS systems and digital inventory management
- Demonstrated culinary expertise and experience in a high-volume kitchen role
Bonus
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Line Cook in a remote or virtual kitchen environment
- Familiarity with digital safety and compliance tools
- Background in managing vendor relations and online procurement platforms
